Last year I hosted a word-of-the-year workshop called What’s Your Word? and truly it was the most fun I’d had in a long time. So I’m doing it again. (December 30 at noon Eastern and it’s free.)
WANTRA was the word I invented last year for the thing we are seeking, and that is seeking us when we go searching a word/mantra that we can lean into for fresh focus, a reminder of intention and a reset whenever we need it.
I’m a logophile, a word junky…but I am only just becoming aware of using the power of words to reset my energetic focus. Words are like laser pointer, and when we go through the process of selecting one some meaning is always attached to it.
Last year I gave scads of people five tools (one of those had six unconventional word sources in it) and a workbook to develop and distill down to their word, a backup word and an alternate. I built a course out of it too…if you’re interested)
