PART EIGHT: You're not starting over, this IS writing

there are not starts, stops or pivots in book building...only through

[flashing back to the rework of my first book… because this week I found myself wanting to give up on my current book…sound familiar?)

I tried a hundred ways to say it. Word junkies do that – we have thesaurus pages on the insides of our eyelids. I’m no different.

I pressed the word restart and its myriad synonyms into my personal, lexical gap:
